Your Lake City utility complete account number consists of a total of eleven (11) digits. Listed on the top right portion of your bill there are nine (9) numbers followed by a space and then two (2) additional numbers.

In order to verify your account to register or to use QuickPay, YOU MUST ENTER A DASH in between the first portion and the second as shown below:

Sample: 000000000 00 must be entered as 000000000-00 in order to find your account correctly to pay with a registered profile OR QuickPay.
